What languages are supported?

Can I export documentation to my EMR?
Yes. You can copy H&P sections to clipboard and paste into any EMR system. Enterprise plans include custom EMR integration options. PDF export is also available for all plans.
Do I need any special equipment?
No special equipment needed. Any standard microphone or headset will work. For best results, we recommend using a quality USB microphone or headset in a quiet environment.
How long are my recordings and transcripts stored?
Your session transcripts and generated documentation are stored securely for as long as you maintain an active subscription. You can access, export, or delete your sessions at any time. After subscription cancellation, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Can multiple physicians in my practice use MDHex Scribe?
Yes! Each physician needs their own subscription ($80/month per user). Organizations can manage multiple users under one account with separate logins, individual session histories, and shared patient records within the organization. Contact us for volume pricing on 5+ users.
